1 INGREDIENTS
Corn cobs 4
Carrots 50 gms
French beans 50 gms
Peas 100 gms
Potatoes 100 gms
Cauliflower 50 gms
Tomatoes 2 large
Ginger a little
Green chillies 4
Grated coconut 1/2 cup
Curry leaves a few
Cooked rice 1 cup
Sugar a little
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Chopped green coriander 1/2 bunch
Oil as needed
2 COOKING DIRECTIONS
Boil corn bobs and grate the kernels.
Boil all other vegetables after chopping them into small cubes.
Heat 2-3 tbsps. oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Add all vegetables and corn, slit green chillies and chopped ginger, sugar and salt.
Cook till well blended. Add coconut and rice.
Mix well.
Serve with chopped green coriander.
