Ingredients:• 15 Graham crackers, crushed• 2 tbsp Butter, melted• 4 Packages cream cheese• 1-1/2 Cups white sugar• 3/4 Cup milk• 4 Eggs• 1 Cup sour cream• 1 tbsp Vanilla extract• 1/4 Cup all-purpose flour
How to make Cheese Cake:• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a springform pan.• Take a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press onto bottom of the pan.• In a large bowl, combine cream cheese with sugar till smooth.• Combine it with the milk, and then mix in the eggs one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate.• Add sour cream, vanilla and flour to it, mix well till smooth.• Now pour the filling into the prepared crust and bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour.• Turn the oven off, and let cake cool in oven for about 5 to 6 hours.• Place it into the in refrigerator till serving.

1 lb Boneless chicken breast• 1 Pizza frozen dough• 4 tsp Pepper• 1 Cup sliced mushrooms• 1 Vegetable cooking spray• 4 Ounces Mozzarella cheese• 1/2 tsp Thyme• 1 tbsp Olive oil• 1 Minced Garlic clove• 2 Sliced cups purple onions• 1 Cup Red bell pepper• 1/4 tsp Salt
• Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.• Add chicken, salt, pepper and garlic and heat it for few minutes.• Add onions, bell pepper, mushrooms and thyme and saute for few minutes into the chicken mixture, until chicken is cooked. Keep it aside.• Unroll pizza dough and pat into a 12-inch pizza pan coated with cooking vegetable spray.• Splash half cup cheese evenly over the dough.• Spread chicken mixture over the cheese and top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. And bake at 425 degree Fahrenheit for 15 minutes or until crust is golden.

- ½ Kg. chicken- 3/4 tomatoes –chopped ( optional)- 1 onion chopped- 3/4 whole green chilies- ¼ tsp crushed black pepper (Kali Mirch)- ½ tsp. salt (according to taste)- 3 tbs. oil- 1 tsp garlic (Lehsan) paste- ½ tsp. ginger (Adrak) paste
InstructionsStep1- Remove skin of tomatoesStep2- In a pot add chicken, Garlic (Lehsan), Ginger (Adrak) and saltStep3- Cover and cook on low heat till the water from the chicken have dried and chicken is half cookedStep4- Add oil, tomato, green chili and onion. Cover and continue cooking. When the water dries and chicken is tender add the Black peppercorn (Kali Mirch), stir and remove from heatStep5- Serve with boiled rice
