Cocoa Butter Hand Cream
Ingredients
2 cups warm water
1 1/2 cup glycerin
1/2 ounce spirits of ammonia
1/2 ounce cocoa butter
1/2 teaspoon boric acid
1 cup stearic acid
Directions
Combine the cocoa butter, glycerin and stearic acid in a glass bowl. Melt over low heat in a pot of hot water. Remove the bowl and add ammonia. Stir until milky. Add boric acid to warm water. Add to first mixture. Mix with beater for 10 minutes at high speed. Perfume and color as desired. Age for 2 weeks before using.
